Pray, (O Muhammad): "My Lord, if You should bring the scourge of which they had been warned in my presence, 93 O my Lord, do not put me among the harmdoing people' 94 And We are certainly able to show thee (in fulfilment) that against which they are warned. 95 Repel, by [means of] what is best, [their] evil. We are most knowing of what they describe. 96 And say: "My Lord! I seek refuge with You from the whisperings (suggestions) of the Shayatin (devils). 97 And I seek refuge in You, my Lord, lest they be present with me." 98 (They shall persist in their deeds) until when death comes to anyone of them he will say: "My Lord, send me back to the world 99 "So that I may do good in that which I have left behind!" No! It is but a word that he speaks, and behind them is Barzakh (a barrier) until the Day when they will be resurrected. 100 And when the trumpet is blown there will be no kinship among them that day, nor will they ask of one another. 101 Then he whose scales are heavy -- they are the prosperers, 102 but if it weighs less, one will be lost forever in hell. 103 The fire lashes their faces and therein are shriveled lips. 104 Were not My messages recited to you and did you not reject them? 105 They will exclaim: "O our Sustainer! Our bad luck has overwhelmed us, and so we went astray! 106 O our Lord! take us forth from it; then if we return, we shall be wrong-doers indeed. 107 God will say, "Stay there and do not speak to Me. 108 Among My servants, there were those who said, "Lord, We believe, so forgive us and have mercy on us. You are the best one to show mercy." 109 But you made a laughing stock of them to the point where it made you forget My remembrance; and you went on laughing at them. 110 Surely I have rewarded them this day because they were patient, that they are the achievers. 111 He will say: how long tarried ye on the earth in number of year? 112 They will say: "A day or less than a day. Ask the enumerators of numbers." 113 He will say: "Ye stayed not but a little,- if ye had only known! 114 Did you think that We had created you only for play, and that you would never be returned to Us' 115 High Exalted be Allah, the King, the Truth. There is no god except He, the Lord of the Noble Throne. 116 And whoever invokes with Allah another god-- he has no proof of this-- his reckoning is only with his Lord; surely the unbelievers shall not be successful. 117 And, [O Muhammad], say, "My Lord, forgive and have mercy, and You are the best of the merciful." 118
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.

(1) وقف لازم، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي نقطة وقف. (2) وقف جائز مع الوقف أولى، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي فاصلة قد تظهر باحتمال الثلثين. When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
