All that lives on earth or in the heavens is bound to pass away: 26 only the Person of your Lord, full of majesty and splendour, will endure. 27 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 28 Everyone in the heavens and on the earth entreats Him. Every day He manifests Himself in a new state. 29 Which of your Lord's laudable attributes will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 30 [ONE DAY] We shall take you to task, O you sin-laden two! 31 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny? 32 O company of jinn and men, if ye have power to penetrate (all) regions of the heavens and the earth, then penetrate (them)! Ye will never penetrate them save with (Our) sanction. 33 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny? 34 Flames of fire and molten brass shall be sent against both of you, and you will not be able to defend yourselves. 35 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 36 When the sky is rent asunder, and becomes red like red leather, 37 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 38 on that day none shall be questioned about his sin, neither man nor jinn. 39 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 40 The guilty shall be recognized by their marks, so they shall be seized by the forelocks and the feet. 41 Which of the favours of your Lord will you then deny? 42 This is the hell which the guilty called a lie. 43 They will go round between its flames and boiling water. 44 Which of your Lord's powers will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 45
