▼ 55 The All Compassionate
Al-Rahman 3 of 3
BUT FOR THOSE who of their Sustainer's Presence stand in fear, two gardens [of paradise are readied] 46 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny?- 47 With spreading branches. 48 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 49 In both of them, there are two springs flowing. 50 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 51 In which are fruits of all kinds, each of two varieties. 52 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 53 [They are] reclining on beds whose linings are of silk brocade, and the fruit of the two gardens is hanging low. 54 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 55 Wherein both will be those (maidens) restraining their glances upon their husbands, whom no man or jinn yatmithhunna (has opened their hymens with sexual intercourse) before them. 56 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny?- 57 As though they were rubies and pearls. 58 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 59 Can any thing else be a response to a favor but a favor? 60 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 61 And beside these there shall be two Gardens. 62 Which of the favours of your Lord will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 63 green, green pastures -- 64 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 65 In the Gardens are two springs, overflowing with abundance. 66 Which of the favours of your Lord will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 67 With fruits in them, and dates and pomegranates -- 68 Which of the favours of your Lord will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 69 Therein will be maidens chaste and beautiful. 70 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny?- 71 Fair ones, confined in tents. 72 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 73 Untouched by any man or jinn, before them. 74 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 75 Reclining on green cushions and beautiful carpets. 76 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 77 Blessed is the name of your Lord, Owner of Majesty and Honor. 78
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
