The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa)
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
By the white forenoon 1 And by the Night when it is still,- 2 Your Lord has not forsaken you nor does He dislike you! 3 And verily the Hereafter will be better for thee than the present. 4 And verily thy Lord will give unto thee so that thou wilt be content. 5 Did He not find you an orphan and take care of you? 6 And He found you lost and guided [you], 7 And did He not find you in want, and then enriched you? 8 Do not oppress the orphan, 9 and do not reject the beggars 10 But the bounty of the Lord - rehearse and proclaim! 11
