Dispatched (Al-Mursalaat)
50 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Backbiter (Al-Hummazah) before Q (Qaaf)
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
By (the wind) those sent (as horses') mane (in succession), 1 and then storming on with a tempest's force! 2 By those which cause earth's vegetation to revive; 3 By those who winnow with a winnowing, 4 and those (angels) dropping, reminding 5 To end all argument or to warn. 6 Indeed, what you are promised is to occur. 7 When the stars are obliterated, 8 And when the heaven is cleft asunder; 9 And when the mountains are made into dust and blown away. 10 and when the messengers are brought together at the appointed time -- 11 For what day is it timed? 12 For the Day of Decision. 13 And what will convey unto thee what the Day of Decision is! - 14 Woe on that day to the rejecters. 15 Did We not destroy the men of old (for their evil)? 16 And We shall cause those of later times to follow them. 17 Thus deal We ever with the guilty. 18 Woe, that Day, to the deniers. 19 Did We not create you from an insignificant drop of fluid 20 Then We placed it in a secure resting-place, 21 For a known calculated term. 22 We then calculated; so how excellently do We control! 23 On that day, woe would be upon those who have rejected the revelations of God! 24 Have We not made the earth a receptacle 25 For the living and the dead. 26 And placed therein high mountains and given you to drink sweet water therein? 27 Woe on that Day unto those who give the lie to the truth! 28 (It will be said to the disbelievers): "Depart you to that which you used to deny! 29 Depart to a triple-massing shadow 30 [But having] no cool shade and availing not against the flame." 31 that shoots sparks like dry faggots, 32 Seeming like yellow camels. 33 Alas the woe that day for those who deny! 34 That will be the Day on which they will not (be able to) utter a word, 35 nor be allowed to proffer excuses! 36 Woe on that day to the rejecters. 37 That will be the Day of Reckoning. Gathered will be (you) and the earlier (generations). 38 If now you have any strategy, use it against Me. 39 Alas the woe that day for those who deny! 40

Notes and Instructions
When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
