The Heights (Al-Ma'aarej)
44 verses, revealed in Mecca after Incontestable (Al-Haaqqah) before The News (Al-Naba')
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
A supplicant asked for a punishment bound to happen 1 To the disbelievers; of it there is no preventer. 2 From Allah, the Lord of the ways of Ascent. 3 To Him the angels and the Spirit mount up, in a day whereof the measure is fifty thousand years. 4 Wherefore be thou patient with a becoming patience. 5 Verily they think that the chastisement is far off, 6 And We behold it nigh. 7 It shall befall on a Day whereon the sky will become like molten brass, 8 and the mountains become like wool, 9 and [when] no friend will ask about his friend, 10 They will be seeing them; the guilty will wish if only he could redeem himself from the punishment of that day, by offering his sons. 11 And his wife and his brother 12 And the nearest of his kinsfolk who gave him shelter, 13 and all those on earth. 14 But nay! Verily, all [that awaits him] is a raging flame, 15 Eager to roast; 16 It calls out to him who reverted and turned away. 17 And collected [wealth] and hoarded. 18 ۞ VERILY, man is born with a restless disposition. 19 Fretful when evil touches him; 20 If good comes to him he holds back his hand, 21 save those that pray 22 Those who are constant at their prayer 23 And those in whose wealth there is a known right, 24 to those who ask [for help] and to the destitute; 25 who confirm the Day of Reckoning 26 who are afraid of the torment of their Lord, 27 Lo! the doom of their Lord is that before which none can feel secure - 28 And those who guard their private parts, 29 Except with their wives and the (women slaves and captives) whom their right hands possess, for (then) they are not to be blamed, 30 So those who desire more than this it is they who are the transgressors. 31 And those who keep their trusts and covenants; 32 and who stand firm whenever they bear witness; 33 and who take due care of their Prayer: 34 all these shall live honourably in the Gardens. 35

Notes and Instructions
Read the entire Holy Quran in full color, where pages randomly generate their colors and shapes so that the same scheme never repeats twice.
When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
