Believers, do not be like those who hurt Moses. Allah cleared him of what they said. His face is honorable with Allah. 69 O you who believe! be careful of (your duty to) Allah and speak the right word, 70 and He will mend your deeds for you and forgive your sins. Whosoever obeys Allah and His Messenger shall win a great victory. 71 Verily, We did offer the trust [of reason and volition] to the heavens, and the earth, and the mountains: but they refused to bear it because they were afraid of it. Yet man took it up - for, verily, he has always been prone to be most wicked, most foolish. 72 (The consequence of man's carrying the trust is) that Allah may chastise hypocritical men and hypocritical women and accept the repentance of believing men and believing women. He is Most Forgiving, Most Merciful. 73
