To God belongs the kingdom of the heavens and the earth; on the Day when the Hour comes, those who follow falsehood will be the losers. 27 You will see all the people kneeling down. Everyone will be summoned to the Book (containing the record of their deeds). They will be told, "On this day you will be recompensed for what you have done". 28 This record of ours will declare the truth about you: We have been recording whatever you have been doing." 29 And as for those who have believed and done deeds of righteousness, their Lord shall admit them into His mercy; that is the manifest triumph. 30 But as for those who have disbelieved: 'Were not My signs recited to you, and you waxed proud, and were a sinful people? 31 When it was said that the promise of God is true and that the Hour would inevitably come, you said, "We do not know what the Hour of Doom is, we are suspicious about it and we are not convinced". 32 Their evil deeds will be revealed to them and (the torment) which they had mocked will surround them. 33 And it will be said: This day We forget you, even as ye forgot the meeting of this your day; and your habitation is the Fire, and there is none to help you. 34 That is because ye took the revelations of Allah scoffingly, and there beguiled you the life of the world. Today, therefore, they will not be taken forth therefrom, nor will they be suffered to please Allah. 35 So to God belongs praise, the Lord of the heavens and the Lord of the earth, Lord of all Being. 36 It is His greatness that dominates the heavens and the earth. He is the Majestic and All-wise. 37
