We sent Noah to his people. He said, "O my people, worship God; you have no other god but He. I fear for you the punishment of a dreadful Day," 59 The leading men of his people replied: 'We see that you are in palpable error.' 60 He said: O my people! There is no error in me, but I am a messenger from the Lord of the Worlds. 61 sent to preach to you the message of my Lord and to give you good advice. I know what you do not know about God. 62 Do you wonder that a Remembrance should come to you from your Lord to a man from yourselves in order that he may warn you and that you may be cautious so that mercy comes upon you' 63 But they cried him lies; so We delivered him, and those with him, in the Ark, and We drowned those who cried lies to Our signs; assuredly they were a blind people. 64
