(Muhammad) say, "I am only a warner. The only Lord is God, the Almighty. 65 the Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is in between them, the Most Mighty, the Most Forgiving.” 66 Say: It is tremendous tidings 67 Whence ye turn away! 68 [Say, O Muhammad:] "No knowledge would I have had of [what passed among] the host on high when they argued [against the creation of man,] 69 Naught is revealed unto me except that I am a warner manifest. 70 When your Lord said to the angels; Surely I am going to create a mortal from dust: 71 after I have shaped him and breathed of My spirit (I created) into him, fall down prostrate before him' 72 Then the angels bowed before him in a body, 73 Except Iblis. He was filled with pride and turned an unbeliever. 74 He (Allah) said: 'iblis, what prevented you from prostrating yourself towards that which I have created with My Hands? Have you become too proud, or are you among the grand' 75 He replied: “I am nobler than he. You created me from fire and created him from clay.” 76 [Allah] said, "Then get out of Paradise, for indeed, you are expelled. 77 “And indeed My curse is upon you till the Day of Judgement.” 78 Satan said: “My Lord, then grant me respite till the Day that they are raised up.” 79 (Allah) said: "Verily! You are of those allowed respite 80 till the Day the time whereof is known [only to Me]." 81 He said: Then by Thy Might I will surely make them live an evil life, all, 82 “Except Your chosen bondmen among them.” 83 [And God] said: "This, then, is the truth! And this truth do I state: 84 “That I will fill hell with you and with those among them who follow you, all together.” 85 Say: 'I ask of you no wage for it, neither am I of those who take things upon themselves. 86 It is but a reminder to the worlds. 87 and after a while you shall know its news' 88
