Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
۞ Have We not expanded for you your breast, 1 And eased thee of the burden 2 which had been a heavy weight upon your back 3 And raised high the esteem (in which) thou (art held)? 4 After every difficulty there is relief. 5 Verily along with every hardship is ease. 6 So when you have finished (from your occupation), then stand up for Allah's worship (i.e. stand up for prayer). 7 And to thy Lord turn (all) thy attention. 8
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
