And they ask you concerning the mountains, say; "My Lord will blast them and scatter them as particles of dust. 105 and leave the earths level and bare, 106 Wherein thou seest neither curve nor ruggedness. 107 On that Day all will follow the summoning voice from which there is no escape; and all voices will be hushed before the Lord of Mercy, and nothing will be heard except a subdued murmur. 108 On that Day no intercession will avail, except from one who has received the sanction of the Merciful and of whose words He approves, 109 Allah knows what is [presently] before them and what will be after them, but they do not encompass it in knowledge. 110 ۞ And [all] faces will be humbled before the Ever-Living, the Sustainer of existence. And he will have failed who carries injustice. 111 And whoever does good works and he is a believer, he shall have no fear of injustice nor of the withholding of his due. 112 And thus We have sent it down, an Arabic Recitation, and have propounded variously therein of the threats, that haply they may fear, or that it may generate in them some admonition. 113 [Know,] then, [that] God is sublimely exalted, the Ultimate Sovereign, the Ultimate Truth and [knowing this,] do not approach the Qur'an in haste, ere it has been revealed unto thee in full, but [always] say: "O my Sustainer, cause me to grow in knowledge! 114 We made a covenant with Adam, but he forgot and We found in him no constancy. 115
