Prostration

As for those who have forsaken their homes for the sake of Allah after enduring persecution, We shall certainly grant them a good abode in this world; and surely the reward of the Hereafter is much greater. If they could but know (what an excellent end awaits) 41 [They are] those who endured patiently and upon their Lord relied. 42 And We sent not before you except men to whom We revealed [Our message]. So ask the people of the message if you do not know. 43 With clear arguments and scriptures; and We have revealed to you the Reminder that you may make clear to men what has been revealed to them, and that haply they may reflect. 44 Feel then they secure who have plotted vices that Allah will not sink them into the earth or that the torment may come upon them whence they perceive not? 45 Or that He may not seize them in the course of their journeys, then shall they not escape; 46 Or that He may not seize them by causing them to suffer gradual loss, for your Lord is most surely Compassionate, Merciful. 47 Have they not observed all things that Allah hath created, how their shadows incline to the right and to the left, making prostration unto Allah, and they are lowly? 48 Everything in the heavens and every crawling creature on earth, and the angels prostrate to Allah and they are not proud; 49 they fear their Lord above them, and do what they are commanded. ۩ 50
