Say: 'O my Lord, if Thou shouldst show me that they are promised, 93 My Lord! then place me not with the unjust. 94 Indeed, We are able to show you that which We promised them. 95 Repel evil with that which is better. We know that which they describe. 96 And say: My Lord! I seek refuge in Thee from suggestions of the evil ones, 97 and I seek refuge with Thee, O my Sustainer, lest they come near unto me!" 98 (But the unbelievers will persist) until when death comes to one of them he will say: "O Lord, send me back again 99 so that perhaps I shall act righteously for the rest of my life." Although he will say so but his wish will never come true. After death they will be behind a barrier until the day of their resurrection. 100 And when the Horn is blown, on that Day their ties of kindred shall be no more, nor will they ask each other. 101 Then those whose scales are heavy, they are the successful. 102 And the ones whose scales prove light – it is they who put their lives into ruin, remaining in hell forever. 103 The Fire shall scorch their faces, exposing their jaws. 104 (They will be told), "Were Our revelations not recited to you and did you not call them lies?" 105 They will reply, "Lord, our hard-heartedness overcame us and we went astray. 106 Our Lord! Oh, bring us forth from hence! If we return (to evil) then indeed we shall be wrong-doers. 107 Allah will say, “Remain rebuked in it, and do not speak to Me.” 108 There was a section among My creatures that said: 'O Lord, we believe. Forgive us and have mercy upon us, for You are the best of the merciful.' 109 But you made a laughing stock of them to the point where it made you forget My remembrance; and you went on laughing at them. 110 Lo! I have rewarded them this day forasmuch as they were steadfast in that they, even they, are the triumphant. 111 They will be asked: "How long did you live on the earth in terms of years?" 112 They will say: "We stayed a day or part of a day. Ask of those who keep account." 113 He will say: 'You have tarried a little, did you know? 114 Did you think that We had created you only for play, and that you would never be returned to Us' 115 So exalted is Allah, the Sovereign, the Truth; there is no deity except Him, Lord of the Noble Throne. 116 Whosoever calls upon another god, other than Allah, having no proof his reckoning will be with his Lord. The unbelievers shall never prosper. 117 And say: O my Lord! forgive and have mercy, and Thou art the best of the Merciful ones. 118
