And We verily gave grace unto Moses and Aaron, 114 And We delivered them and their people from (their) Great Calamity; 115 And We helped them, so they overcame (their troubles); 116 And We gave them the Book which helps to make things clear; 117 And We guided them to the Straight Way. 118 and left for them among the later folk 119 Peace be unto Moses and Aaron! 120 Even so We recompense the good-doers; 121 they were among Our believing servants. 122 And lo! Elias was of those sent (to warn), 123 When he said to his people, “Do you not fear?” 124 Do you call on Ba'lan (the idol Baal) and abandon the Best Creator, 125 "Allah, your Lord and the Lord of your forefathers?" 126 But they denied him, so they surely will be haled forth (to the doom) 127 except the sincere servants of God. 128 And We left his (memory) for posterity. 129 Peace be upon Elias. 130 Even thus do We reward the doers of good. 131 Surely he was one of Our believing servants. 132 Lot, too, was among the Messengers. 133 when We delivered him and his people all together, 134 except for an old woman who remained behind. 135 and We destroyed the rest. 136 You pass by (their ruined town) in the morning 137 And at night. Will ye not therefore reflect? 138
