Verily the God-fearing shall be amidst gardens and springs. 45 'In peace and security, enter them' 46 And We shall purge their breasts of all traces of rancour; and they shall be seated on couches facing one another as brothers. 47 They will not be affected by any weariness there, and they will never be made to leave." 48 ۞ Announce to My creatures that I am indeed forgiving and kind, 49 and that My chastisement is the painful chastisement. 50 Tell them about the guests of Abraham. 51 who came to him saying, "Peace be with you." Abraham said, "We are afraid of you". 52 They said: "Fear not! We give thee glad tidings of a son endowed with wisdom." 53 "You bring me the good news now," he said, "when old age has come upon me. What good news are you giving me then?" 54 They said, “We have given you true tidings, therefore do not lose hope.” 55 He said: And who despairs of the mercy of his Lord but the erring ones? 56 Then he asked, "What then is your business, O messengers?" 57 They said: We have been sent unto a guilty folk, 58 excepting the household of Lot. We shall deliver all of them, 59 excepting only his wife, [of whom God says,] 'We have ordained [that,] behold, she should be among those who stay behind!' 60
