We were indeed gracious to Moses and Aaron, 114 And saved them and their people from great distress, 115 And We supported them so it was they who overcame. 116 And We gave them the Book which helps to make things clear; 117 And We guided them to the Straight Way. 118 And We left for them (a goodly remembrance) among generations (to come) in later times; 119 'Peace be upon Moses and, Aaron!' 120 Lo! thus do We reward the good. 121 Verily! They were two of Our believing slaves. 122 Elijah too was one of the messengers. 123 when he said to his people, 'Will you not be godfearing? 124 "Will ye call upon Baal and forsake the Best of Creators,- 125 Allah, your Lord and Lord of your forefathers? 126 But they rejected him, and they will certainly be called up (for punishment),- 127 except Allah's chosen servants. 128 And We left for him (a goodly remembrance) among generations (to come) in later times; 129 Peace be unto Elias! 130 In this way do We reward the righteous ones. 131 He was one of Our believing servants. 132 Lot was certainly a Messenger. 133 We saved him and all his kinsmen, 134 Except an old woman (who was) amongst those who tarried. 135 and We destroyed the others. 136 You pass by (their ruined town) in the morning 137 and at night.
