(People), is your creation harder for God than that of the heavens, which He created, raised and established 27 high above? 28 And He made its night dark, and started its light. 29 and the earth-after that He spread it out, 30 And produced therefrom the water thereof and the pasture thereof, 31 And the mountains! He established them firm: 32 In order to benefit you and your cattle. 33 When the great over-whelming event arrives, 34 on the Day that man remembers what he strove for 35 And Hellfire will be exposed for [all] those who see - 36 then he who transgressed 37 and prefers the life of this world, 38 Verily the Scorch! that shall be his resort. 39 And for such as had entertained the fear of standing before their Lord's (tribunal) and had restrained (their) soul from lower desires, 40 most surely his abode shall be Paradise. 41 They question thee of the Hour: when will its arrival be? 42 what have you to do with the mentioning of it? 43 To your Lord is the goal of it. 44 Thou art but a warner unto him who feareth. 45 The day they see it, it will seem they had stayed in the world but only an evening or its turning into dawn. 46
