Indeed, the righteous will be within gardens and springs. 45 “Enter them with peace, in safety.” 46 And We shall purge their breasts of all traces of rancour; and they shall be seated on couches facing one another as brothers. 47 No fatigue will touch them nor will they be expelled therefrom." 48 ۞ Inform My servants that I am the Forgiving, the Merciful, 49 At the same time, My chastisement is highly painful. 50 And tell them about the guests (the angels) of Ibrahim (Abraham). 51 When they came to him and said: "Peace," he answered: "Truly we are afraid of you." 52 They said, "Do not be afraid. We come to you with good news. You shall have a son who shall be endowed with great knowledge." 53 He said, "Do you bring me such news despite my old age? What kind of good news are you bringing me?" 54 They said: "The good tiding we give you is of truth. Do not, therefore, be of those who despair." 55 He said: "And who despairs of the mercy of his Lord, but such as go astray?" 56 [Ibrahim (Abraham) again] said: "What then is the business on which you have come, O Messengers?" 57 They said: "Verily we have been sent to a guilty people 58 excepting the household of Lot. We shall deliver all of them, 59 except his wife. We have decreed that she will be among those who remain behind [and will be lost]. 60
