What ails the unbelievers, running with outstretched necks 36 On the right hand and on the left, in sundry parties? 37 Does every one of them wish to enter the garden of tranquility? 38 Certainly not! They know quite well out of what We created them. 39 I swear by the Lord of the easts and the wests that We have the power 40 To replace them by others better than they; and We are not to be outrun. 41 Hence, leave them to indulge in idle talk and play [with words] until they face that [Judgment] Day of theirs which they have been promised 42 the Day when they shall come out of their graves in haste, as if they were racing to a goal, 43 Their eyes cast down; disgrace shall overtake them; that is the day which they were threatened with. 44
