The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful

By the (Steeds) that run, with panting (breath), 1 and produce sparks 2 And push home the charge in the morning, 3 Then, therewith, with their trail of dust, 4 Penetrating deep into the armies, 5 Indeed man is very ungrateful towards his Lord. 6 To this he himself shall bear witness. 7 and surely he loves riches with a passionate loving. 8 ۞ Knows he not that when the contents of the graves are brought out and poured forth (all mankind is resurrected). 9 And there shall be brought to light that which is in the breasts? 10 Indeed, their Lord with them, that Day, is [fully] Acquainted. 11

God the Almighty always says the truth.
