But [let them always remember that] if We lengthen a human being's days, We also cause him to decline in his powers [when he grows old]: will they not, then, use their reason? 68 We have not instructed the (Prophet) in Poetry, nor is it meet for him: this is no less than a Message and a Qur'an making things clear: 69 that he may warn the living, and so that Judgement may be passed against the unbelievers. 70 See they not that it is We Who have created for them - among the things which Our hands have fashioned - cattle, which are under their dominion?- 71 We have made the cattle subservient to them so they ride and consume them. 72 And therein they have advantages and drinks; will they not then be grateful? 73 And take other gods apart from God that they may perhaps give them help. 74 They are not able to give them succour; whereas they shall be against them host brought forward. 75 Muhammad, let not their words annoy you. We certainly know whatever they conceal or reveal. 76 Does not man see that We have created him from Nutfah (mixed male and female discharge semen drops). Yet behold! He (stands forth) as an open opponent. 77 producing arguments against Us, and forgetting his own creation. He asks, "Who can give life back to bones after they have rotted away?" 78 Say thou: He shall quicken them Who brought them forth for the first time, and He is of every kind of creation the Knower! 79 Who gave you fire from a green tree, with which you ignite the flame." 80 And is it not possible for the One Who created the heavens and the earth to create the likes of them? It is surely possible, why not? And He is the Great Creator, the All Knowing of everything. 81 His affair, when He intendeth a thing, is only that He saith unto it: be, and it becometh. 82 Wherefore hallowed be He in whose hand is the governance of everything, and unto whom ye shall be returned. 83
