▼ 55 The All Compassionate
Al-Rahman 3 of 3
And for him who dreadeth the standing before his Lord will be two Gardens. 46 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 47 full of various trees. 48 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 49 In each of the two Gardens are two flowing springs. 50 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 51 In them there are pairs of each kind of fruit. 52 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 53 Reclining upon the couches lined with silk brocade, and the fruits of the two Gardens will be near at hand. 54 Which of your Lord's favours will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 55 In them maidens with averted glances, undeflowered by man or by jinn before them, -- 56 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 57 who are as beautiful as rubies and pearls. 58 Which of the favours of your Lord will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 59 Is the reward of goodness aught save goodness? 60 How many favours of your Lord will then both of you deny? -- 61 And besides these two there shall be two other Gardens. 62 Which of the favours of your Lord will then both of you deny? -- 63 Dark-green in colour (from plentiful watering). 64 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 65 In [each of] these two [gardens] will two springs gush forth. 66 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 67 Wherein is fruit, the date-palm and pomegranate. 68 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 69 In them will be fair (Companions), good, beautiful;- 70 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 71 houris, cloistered in cool pavilions -- 72 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 73 There hath deflowered them neither man nor jinn. 74 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 75 Reclining on green cushions and beautiful decorated carpets. 76 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny? 77 Blessed be the name of your Lord, the Lord of Glory and Honor! 78
God Almighty has spoken the truth.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
