One Day We will ask Hell, "Art thou filled to the full?" It will say, "Are there any more (to come)?" 30 And the Garden will be brought nigh to the Righteous,- no more a thing distant. 31 This is what you are promised – for every repenting, careful person. 32 Whosoever fears the Merciful in the Unseen, and comes with a contrite heart. 33 'Enter it in peace! This is the Day of Eternity.' 34 There they have all that they desire, and there is more with Us. 35 How many an ancient town who were much stronger than them (unbelievers) did We destroy. (In vain), they wandered through the land in search of a place of refuge from Our torment. 36 In this, behold, there is indeed a reminder for everyone whose heart is wide-awake - that is, [everyone who] lends ear with a conscious mind 37 And We have indeed created the heavens and the earth, and all what is between them, in six days; and fatigue did not even approach Us. 38 Therefore be patient of what they say, and sing the praise of your Lord before the rising of the sun and before the setting. 39 Glorify Him during the night and also glorify Him after prostration. 40 And listen attentively on the day when an announcer will proclaim from a place nearby. 41 The Day when they will hear As-Saihah (shout, etc.) in truth, that will be the Day of coming out (from the graves i.e. the Day of Resurrection). 42 It is We who give life and make to die. To Us is the arrival. 43 Upon the day when the earth is split asunder from about them as they hasten forth; that is a mustering easy for Us. 44 We know best what they say, and you are not one to compel them; therefore remind him by means of the Quran who fears My threat. 45

(1) وقف لازم، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي نقطة وقف. (2) وقف جائز مع الوقف أولى، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي فاصلة قد تظهر باحتمال الثلثين. (3) وقف جائز مع تساوي أولوية الوقف والوصل، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي فاصلة قد تظهر باحتمال النصف للنصف. (4) وقف جائز مع الوصل أولى، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي فاصلة قد تظهر باحتمال الثلث. When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
