(Muhammad), remind them, by the Grace of your Lord, that you are neither a soothsayer or an insane person. 29 If they say, "He is but a poet; we are waiting for some misfortune to befall him," 30 Say (unto them): Except (your fill)! Lo! I am with you among the expectant. 31 Or, do their intellects order them to do this? Or, are they an insolent people? 32 Or say they: he hath fabricated it: aye they will not believe. 33 Let them then produce a recital like unto it (the Quran) if they are truthful. 34 [Or do they deny the existence of God?] Have they themselves been created without anything [that might have caused their creation]? or were they, perchance, their own creators? 35 Or did they create the heavens and the earth? Nay, but they have no firm Belief. 36 Do they own the treasures of your Lord? Have they any authority over God? 37 Or have they the means by which they listen? Then let their listener bring a clear authority. 38 Or has He (Allah) only daughters and you have sons? 39 Or askest thou a hire from them so that they are with debt laden? 40 Or possess they the Unseen so that they can write (it) down? 41 Or do they intend a plan? But those who disbelieve - they are the object of a plan. 42 Or have they a god other than Allah? Exalted is Allah far above the things they associate with Him! 43 If they should see a segment falling from the sky, they would say: "It is only a massive cloud." 44 Hence, leave them alone until they face that [Judgment] Day of theirs, when they will be stricken with terror: 45 The Day their plan will not avail them at all, nor will they be helped. 46 And verily, for those who do wrong, there is another punishment (i.e. the torment in this world and in their graves) before this, but most of them know not. [Tafsir At-Tabari, Vol. 27, Page 36]. 47 And be patient upon your Lord’s command, (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), for you are indeed in Our sight; and proclaim the Purity of your Lord while praising Him, whenever you stand. 48 And in the night also hallow Him, and at the setting of the stars. 49
