"Truly! The Muttaqun (pious and righteous persons - see V. 2:2) will be amidst Gardens and water-springs (Paradise). 45 'Enter you them, in peace and security!' 46 And We remove whatever rancour may be in their breasts. As brethren, face to face, (they rest) on couches raised. 47 They will not be affected by any weariness there, and they will never be made to leave." 48 ۞ [O Muhammad], inform My servants that it is I who am the Forgiving, the Merciful. 49 and that My punishment is a painful punishment. 50 And inform them of Ibrahim’s guests. 51 When they entered upon him and said, "Peace." [Abraham] said, "Indeed, we are fearful of you." 52 They said: be not afraid; verily we bear thou the glad tidings of a boy knowing. 53 He said: "Do ye give me glad tidings that old age has seized me? Of what, then, is your good news?" 54 "We have given you the happy tidings of a truth," they replied. "So do not be one of those who despair." 55 "Who would despair of the mercy of his Lord," he answered, "but those who go astray." 56 He said: what is your errand, sent ones? 57 They (the angels) said: "We have been sent to a people who are Mujrimun (criminals, disbelievers, polytheists, sinners). 58 "Excepting the adherents of Lut: them we are certainly (charged) to save (from harm),- All - 59 excepting only his wife, [of whom God says,] 'We have ordained [that,] behold, she should be among those who stay behind!' 60
