۞ And We revealed unto Musa saying: go by night with My bondmen verily ye shall be pursued. 52 And Pharaoh sent forth heralds to all the cities. 53 saying: "These (Israelites) are only a small band of people 54 And lo! they are offenders against us. 55 and we are a host on our guard' 56 So, We expelled them from gardens and springs, 57 treasures, and graceful dwellings. 58 and We made the Children of Israel inheritors of these bounties. 59 The people of the Pharaoh pursued them at sunrise. 60 And when the two bodies saw each other, the people of Moses said: "We are sure to be overtaken." 61 He said: By no means; surely my Lord is with me: He will show me a way out. 62 We commanded Moses: "Smite the sea with your staff." And it parted, and every parting was like a lofty mountain. 63 And there We brought the others on, 64 We delivered Moses and all who were with him; 65 and drowned the other party. 66 In this there was certainly evidence (of the Truth), but most of them did not have any faith. 67 And indeed your Lord – only He is the Almighty, the Most Merciful. 68
