With power and skill did We construct the Firmament: for it is We Who create the vastness of pace. 47 And the earth! We have stretched it forth beneath; an excellent Spreader are We! 48 And We created pairs of everything that you may contemplate. 49 Hasten ye then (at once) to Allah: I am from Him a Warner to you, clear and open! 50 And make not another an object of worship with Allah: I am from Him a Warner to you, clear and open! 51 Even so not a Messenger came to those before them but they said, 'A sorcerer, or a man possessed!' 52 What, have they bequeathed it one to another? Nay, but they are an insolent people. 53 So turn away (O Muhammad SAW) from them (Quraish pagans) you are not to be blamed (as you have conveyed Allah's Message). 54 yet go on reminding [all who would listen]: for, verily, such a reminder will profit the believers. 55 I have only created Jinns and men, that they may serve Me. 56 No Sustenance do I require of them, nor do I require that they should feed Me. 57 Surely, Allah is the Provider, the Possessor of Power, the Mighty. 58 The wrong-doers shall receive a portion of the chastisements as their fellows (of yore). So let them not rush Me. 59 Woe, then, betide those who disbelieved in that Day of theirs which they are being asked to hold in dread. 60
