SAY: "Call upon those [beings] whom you imagine [to be endowed with divine powers] beside God: they have not an atom's weight of power either in the heavens or on earth, nor have they any share in [governing] either, nor does He [choose to] have any helper from among them." 22 lntercession with Him profiteth not save the intercession of him whom He giveth leave. They hold their peace until when fright is taken off from their hearts, they say: What is it that your Lord hath said? They say: the very truth. And He is the Exalted, the Great. 23 ۞ Say: "Who gives you sustenance, from the heavens and the earth?" Say: "It is Allah; and certain it is that either we or ye are on right guidance or in manifest error!" 24 Say: "Ye shall not be questioned as to our sins, nor shall we be questioned as to what ye do." 25 Say, “Our Lord will bring us all together, and then judge truthfully between us; and He is the Best Judge, the All Knowing.” 26 Say: Show me those whom ye have joined unto Him as partners. Nay (ye dare not)! For He is Allah, the Mighty, the Wise. 27 We have sent you only as a bearer of good tidings and admonisher for all mankind; yet most people do not understand. 28 They say, "When will the Day of Judgment be if what you say is true?" 29 Say: "The appointment to you is for a Day, which ye cannot put back for an hour nor put forward." 30
