Thorns (Al-Masad)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Key (Al-Faatehah) before The Rolling (Al-Takweer)

In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace

Perdition overtake both hands of Abu Lahab, and he will perish. 1 His wealth will not suffice him, neither what he has gained; 2 He will be burnt in a Fire of blazing flames! 3 and his wife, the carrier of the firewood, 4 [who bears] around her neck a rope of twisted strands! 5

Almighty Allah's Truth.
