But nay! I swear by that which you see, 38 as well as all that you cannot see: 39 [That] indeed, the Qur'an is the word of a noble Messenger. 40 it is not the word of a poet -- how little you believe! -- 41 Nor the word of a soothsayer; little is it that you mind. 42 It is a revelation sent down by the Sustainer of the Universe: 43 And if he had forged concerning us some discourses. 44 We would have seized him by the right hand, 45 and would indeed have cut his life-vein, 46 And not one of you could have withheld Us from him. 47 The Quran is certainly a reminder for the pious ones. 48 We certainly know that some among you will give the lie to it, 49 It is surely the nemesis of unbelievers. 50 And indeed, it is the truth of certainty. 51 So glorify your Lord, the most supreme. 52
