Al-Jinn 2 of 2
Say: "I do no more than invoke my Lord, and I join not with Him any (false god)." 20 Say thou: verily I own not for you power of hurt nor of benefit 21 Say: 'None shall protect me from Allah, and other than Him, I will find no refuge, 22 if I should fail to convey [to the world whatever illumination comes to me] from God and His messages." Now as for him who rebels against God and His Apostle - verily, the fire of hell awaits him, therein to abide beyond the count of time. 23 (They shall not change their ways) until they see that against which they had been warned, and then they will know whose helpers are weaker and whose supporters are fewer in number. 24 Say (O Muhammad SAW): "I know not whether (the punishment) which you are promised is near or whether my Lord will appoint for it a distant term. 25 He is the knower of the Unknown, and He does not divulge His secret to any one 26 except the messenger whom He has chosen. He sends down guardians who walk before them and behind them, 27 So that He may know that they have truly delivered the messages of their Lord, and He encompasses what is with them and He records the number of all things. 28
God the Almighty always says the truth.
