The Key (Al-Faatehah)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful 1

Praise be to Allah, the Cherisher and Sustainer of the worlds; 2 The Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful, 3 Lord of the Day of Judgment! 4 You alone we worship, and to You alone turn for help. 5 Show us the straight way, 6 The way of those upon whom Thou hast bestowed Thy blessings, not of those who have been condemned [by Thee,] nor of those who go astray! 7

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
