We certainly bestowed Our favor upon Moses and Aaron 114 and We saved them with their nation from a great distress. 115 And We helped them, so they overcame (their troubles); 116 We gave them the explicit Book, 117 guided them to the right path, 118 And We left for them among the later folk (the salutation): 119 Peace be with Moses and Aaron. 120 As such We recompense the gooddoers. 121 truly they were among Our faithful servants. 122 AND, BEHOLD, Elijah [too] was indeed one of Our message-bearers 123 (Call to mind) when he said to his people: “Will you not fear Allah? 124 Will you invoke Baal and forsake [God,] the best of artisans 125 “Allah – Who is your Lord and the Lord of your forefathers?” 126 But they belied him, so they will be among the arraigned (in Hell), 127 except the sincere worshipers of Allah. 128 and We left for him among the later folk 129 Peace be unto Elias! 130 Even thus do We reward the doers of good. 131 surely he was one of Our believing servants. 132 And indeed Lut is one of the Noble Messengers. 133 When We saved him and his family, all, 134 Except an old woman who was one of those who stayed behind. 135 Then We destroyed the others. 136 Verily, you pass by them in the morning. 137 And at night; do you not then understand? 138
