The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah)
96 verses, revealed in Mecca after T H (Taa Haa) before The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ When the Event (the resurrection) comes 1 There is no denying that it will befall - 2 Abasing (some), exalting (others); 3 when the earth shall be rocked 4 and the mountains fragmented 5 Becoming dust scattered abroad, 6 And you will become divided into three categories. 7 Companions of the Right (O Companions of the Right!) 8 The people of the left hand - those whose books of records will be placed in their left hands. How miserable they will be! 9 and the Outstrippers: the Outstrippers 10 Those are the ones brought near [to Allah] 11 In gardens of delight; 12 A multitude from the ancients. 13 And a few from among the latter. 14 They (will be seated) on gold-encrusted couches, 15 reclining on them, arrayed face to face; 16 There shall go round unto them youths ever-young. 17 with goblets, and ewers, and a cup from a spring 18 No after-ache will they receive therefrom, nor will they suffer intoxication: 19 And such fruits as they fancy, 20 And flesh of fowls that they desire. 21 And pure, beautiful ones, 22 as the likeness of hidden pearls, 23 A recompense for that which they have been working. 24 They will not hear therein ill speech or commission of sin - 25 Other than "Peace, peace" the salutation. 26 As for the people of the right hand, how happy they will be! 27 (They will be) among Lote-trees without thorns, 28 Among Talh (banana-trees) with fruits piled one above another, 29 In shade long-extended, 30 and waters gushing, 31 And abundant fruit, 32 Neither intercepted nor forbidden, 33 And raised couches. 34 We have created (their Companions) of special creation. 35 So made them as maidens. 36 full of love, well-matched 37 For those on the right hand; 38

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
