Say (O Muhammad SAW): " My Lord! If You would show me that with which they are threatened (torment), 93 My Lord! then place me not with the unjust. 94 Indeed, We are able to show you that which We promised them. 95 Repel thou the evil with that which is fairer. We Ourselves know very well that they describe. 96 and say, "My Lord, I seek refuge with You from the prompting of the devils. 97 "And I seek refuge with You, My Lord! lest they may attend (or come near) me." 98 (In Falsehood will they be) Until, when death comes to one of them, he says: "O my Lord! send me back (to life),- 99 so that I may do good works in the world I have left behind." Never! It is indeed but a meaningless word that he utters. A barrier shall stand behind such people till the Day they are raised up again. 100 When the trumpet is blown, on that Day there will be no ties of relationship between them; neither will they ask about one another: 101 And those whose scales are heavy [with good deeds] - it is they who are the successful. 102 And those whose scales are light are those who lose their souls, in hell abiding. 103 the Fire smiting their faces the while they glower there. 104 “Were not My verses recited to you, so you used to deny them?” 105 They will say: Our Lord! Our evil fortune conquered us, and we were erring folk. 106 Our Lord, bring us forth out of it! Then, if we revert, we shall be evildoers indeed.' 107 He saith: Begone therein, and speak not unto Me. 108 "Indeed there was a group among My bondmen who said, 'Our Lord! We have accepted faith, therefore forgive us and have mercy on us, and You are the Best Among The Merciful.' ” 109 But you took them for a laughingstock, so much so that they made you forget My Remembrance while you used to laugh at them! 110 I have rewarded them this Day for their steadfastness, and it is they who have triumphed." 111 He will say, “How long did you stay on earth, counting by the number of years? 112 They will say, “We stayed a day or part of a day, so ask those who keep count.” 113 God will say, "You have indeed remained there for a short time. Would that you knew it during your life time. 114 Deemed ye then that We had created you for naught, and that ye would not be returned unto Us? 115 Now Allah be Exalted, the True King! There is no Allah save Him, the Lord of the Throne of Grace. 116 And whoever invokes (or worships), besides Allah, any other ilah (god), of whom he has no proof, then his reckoning is only with his Lord. Surely! Al-Kafirun (the disbelievers in Allah and in the Oneness of Allah, polytheists, pagans, idolaters, etc.) will not be successful. 117 And say, (O Muhammad): "My Lord, forgive us and have mercy on us, for You are the Best of those that are merciful." 118
