The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)
8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
When Earth is shaken with her (final) earthquake 1 And the earth bringeth forth her burthens, 2 and the human asks: "What is the matter with it?" 3 On that day earth will narrate its news, 4 For your Lord will have commanded it. 5 On that Day will all men come forward, cut off from one another, to be shown their [past] deeds. 6 whoever has done the smallest particle of good will see it; 7 and whoso has done an atom's weight of evil shall see it. 8
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
