Verily the God-fearing shall be amidst gardens and springs. 45 (Their greeting will be): "Enter ye here in peace and security." 46 We shall strip away all rancour that is in their breasts; as brothers they shall be upon couches set face to face; 47 No weariness shall ever touch them in this [state of bliss,] and never shall they have to forgo it. 48 ۞ Announce to My creatures that I am indeed forgiving and kind, 49 and that My punishment is a painful punishment. 50 Tell them about the guests of Abraham 51 When they entered unto him, and said; peace! He said: verily we are afraid of you. 52 'Do not be afraid' they answered. 'We come to give you glad tidings of a knowledgeable child' 53 He said: "Do ye give me glad tidings that old age has seized me? Of what, then, is your good news?" 54 give me good tidings?' They said, 'We give thee good tidings of truth. Be not of those that despair.' 55 He said, "No one despairs of the mercy of his Lord except those who are in error. 56 He said: What is your business then, O apostles? 57 They said: Surely we are sent towards a guilty people, 58 "Excepting the adherents of Lut: them we are certainly (charged) to save (from harm),- All - 59 except his wife. We have decreed that she will be among those who remain behind [and will be lost]. 60
