The unbelievers say, 'What, when we are dust, and our fathers, shall we indeed be brought forth? 67 Indeed, we were promised this - we and our forefathers - in the past as well; it is nothing but fables of ancient times!" 68 Say: 'Journey in the land, then behold how was the end of the sinners.' 69 Do not be sorry for them, nor be distressed for what they devise. 70 And they say: When will this threat come to pass, if you are truthful? 71 Say, "Perhaps some of the things which you wish to experience immediately are very close to you." 72 Truly, your Lord is bountiful to mankind, but most of them are not grateful. 73 And verily thy Lord knoweth all that their hearts do hide. As well as all that they reveal. 74 And all the hidden secrets of the heavens and the earth are (written) in a clear Book. (The Preserved Tablet) 75 Indeed this Qur’an narrates to the Descendants of Israel most of the matters in which they differ. 76 And lo! it is a guidance and a mercy for believers. 77 Surely your Lord will judge between them by his judgment, and He is the Mighty, the knowing. 78 Hence, place thy trust in God [alone] - for, behold, that in which thou believest is truth self-evident. 79 Truly thou canst not cause the dead to listen, nor canst thou cause the deaf to hear the call, (especially) when they turn back in retreat. 80 You cannot guide the straying blind ones. You can only make hear those who believe in Our revelations submissively. 81 ۞ When the Word falls on them, We shall bring forth for them out of the earth a beast that shall speak unto them: 'Mankind had no faith in Our signs.' 82
