Shattering (Al-Infitaar)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ When the sky is cleft asunder; 1 and when the stars are scattered; 2 And when the seas are made to flow forth, 3 and the graves are turned inside out, 4 everyone shall know all his deeds, both the earlier and the later. 5 O man! What has deceived you away from your Lord, the Most Beneficent? 6 The One Who created you, then moulded you, then made you proper? 7 having put thee together in whatever form He willed [thee to have]? 8 No indeed; but you cry lies to the Doom; 9 And most surely there are keepers over you 10 The honourable recorders. 11 who know of all that you do. 12 Indeed, the righteous will be in pleasure, 13 and the wicked shall be in the Blazing Fire. 14 They will enter it on the Day of Justice. 15 And they shall by no means be absent from it. 16 And what can make you know what is the Day of Recompense? 17 Again, what shall make thee know whatsoever the Day of Requital is? 18 The day on which no soul shall control anything for (another) soul; and the command on that day shall be entirely Allah's. 19
