The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

When the earth is shaken to her (utmost) convulsion, 1 and it throws out its burden, 2 And man enquires: "What has come over it?" 3 On that Day will she declare her tidings: 4 For that thy Lord will have given her inspiration. 5 That Day mankind will proceed in scattered groups that they may be shown their deeds. 6 So whoever does a good deed equal to the weight of the minutest particle, will see it. 7 And anyone who has done an atom's weight of evil, shall see it. 8

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
