The Elephant (Al-Feel)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon) before Daybreak (Al-Falaq)

In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful

ART THOU NOT aware of how thy Sustainer dealt with the Army of the Elephant? 1 Did He not cause their evil plots to fail 2 by sending against them flocks of swallows 3 Striking them with stones of Sijjil. 4 so that He made them like straw eaten (by cattle). 5

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
