Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful

Have you seen him who denies the Recompense? 1 It is he who pushes the orphan away, 2 and urges not the feeding of the needy. 3 Ah, woe unto worshippers 4 who are heedless of their prayers (delaying them from their prescribed times), 5 Those who make a display (of their deeds). 6 and prevent the utensils of assistance. 7

True are the words of God the Almighty.
