He Frowned ('Abasa)
42 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Stars (Al-Najm) before Destiny (Al-Qadr)
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ He frowned and turned away. 1 that the blind man came to him. 2 But what would make you perceive, [O Muhammad], that perhaps he might be purified 3 Or that he might receive admonition, and that the admonition might profit him? 4 Yet you pay attention 5 Unto him thou payest regard. 6 though you will not be questioned even if he never purifies himself. 7 And he who comes to thee eagerly 8 and who has fear of God, 9 Him thou neglectest! 10 No indeed; it is a Reminder 11 (and whoso wills, shall remember it) 12 [It is recorded] in honored sheets, 13 Exalted and holy, 14 In the hands of scribes (angels). 15 Noble and dutiful. 16 Woe to man! What hath made him reject Allah; 17 From what thing doth He create him? 18 From a drop of seed. He createth him and proportioneth him, 19 Then (as for) the way-- He has made it easy (for him) 20 then He caused him to die and brought him to the grave, 21 Then when He pleases, He will bring him back to life. 22 Not one he has not yet completed what he was commanded. 23 Then let man look at his food, 24 We let the rain pour down in torrents 25 Then split the earth in clefts 26 then caused the grain to grow out of it, 27 grapes, and fresh fodder, 28 And olive and palm trees 29 and gardens dense with foliage, 30 And fruits and fodder,- 31 For use and convenience to you and your cattle. 32 Then when cometh the Deafening Cry 33 upon the day when a man shall flee from his brother, 34 and his mother and his father; 35 and from his spouse and his children: 36 Everyone on that Day will have affairs to keep him occupied. 37 [Some] faces, that Day, will be bright - 38 laughing and joyful, 39 And [other] faces, that Day, will have upon them dust. 40 Veiled in darkness, 41 those -- they are the unbelievers, the libertines. 42
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.

Notes and Instructions
When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
