▼ 21 The Prophets
Al-Anbyaa' 7 of 7
Whoever works any act of righteousness and has faith,- His endeavour will not be rejected: We shall record it in his favour. 94 It has been ordained against every town that We ever destroyed that they shall not return (to enjoy a new lease of life) 95 until Gog and Magog are let loose to rush down from the hills. 96 And there shall approach the true promise; and lo! the eyes of those who disbelieved shall be staring: woe unto us! surely we have been in neglect thereof; aye! we have been the wrong-doers. 97 They will be told, "You and what you had worshipped instead of God will be the fuel of hell". 98 Had these (idols, etc.) been aliha (gods), they would not have entered there (Hell), and all of them will abide therein. 99 There is groaning for them therein, and they do not hear. 100 But those whom We have surpassed with the finest (rank) from Us shall be far removed from it, 101 And will not hear its hissing, and will live for ever in the midst of what their hearts desire. 102 The Great Terror shall grieve them not, and the angels will meet them: this is Your Day which ye were ever promised 103 On that Day, We shall roll up the heaven like a written scroll is rolled. As We originated the first creation, so will We bring it back again. This is a binding promise on Us which We shall assuredly fulfill. 104 Before this We wrote in the Psalms, after the Message (given to Moses): My servants the righteous, shall inherit the earth." 105 This is a lesson for those who worship (God). 106 We sent thee not save as a mercy for the peoples. 107 Say: 'It is revealed to me that your God is One God, do you then surrender' 108 Then, if they should turn their backs, say: 'I have proclaimed to you all equally, even though I know not whether near or far is that you are promised.' 109 Verily He knoweth that which is public in speech, and He knoweth that which ye hide. 110 And I do not know if this is a trial for you and an enjoyment for a time' 111 The Messenger said: "My Lord! Judge with truth. Our Compassionate Lord alone is our support against your (blasphemous) utterances." 112
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
