▼ 79 The Snatchers
Al-Naze'aat 2 of 2
Are you a more difficult creation or is the heaven? Allah constructed it. 27 He raised its roof and made it proper. 28 Its night He covers with darkness, and its forenoon He brings out (with light). 29 and the earth-after that He spread it out, 30 therefrom brought forth its waters and its pastures, 31 And He made fast the hills, 32 [all this] as a means of livelihood for you and your animals. 33 But when the great predominating calamity comes; 34 upon the day when man shall remember what he has striven, 35 and Hell will be brought in sight for anyone to see: 36 Then he who had been rebellious 37 And prefers the life of this world, 38 Then indeed, Hellfire will be [his] refuge. 39 But as for he who feared the position of his Lord and prevented the soul from [unlawful] inclination, 40 Verily the Garden! that shall be his resort. 41 They ask you about the Hour: “When will it be?” 42 (Muhammad), you do not know (when and how) it will come. 43 Unto thy Lord is the Knowledge of the limit fixed therefor. 44 You (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) are only a warner for those who fear it, 45 The Day they see it, (it will be) as if they had not tarried (in this world) except an afternoon or a morning. 46

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
