The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ Exalt the name of your Lord, the Most High, 1 Who has created (everything), and then proportioned it; 2 And the One Who kept proper measure and then guided. 3 who brings forth the pastures, 4 And then doth make it (but) swarthy stubble. 5 By degrees shall We teach thee to declare (the Message), so thou shalt not forget, 6 Save that which Allah may will. Verily He knoweth the public and that which is hidden. 7 We shall ease thee unto the Easing. 8 So render good counsel if good counsel will avail. 9 He who fears [Allah] will be reminded. 10 but the wretched will turn away from it. 11 who will roast in the Great Fire, 12 Then he will neither die in it, nor live. 13 He who purifies himself, 14 And remembereth the name of his Lord, so prayeth, 15 Nay, but you prefer the present life; 16 Whereas the Hereafter is better and everlasting. 17 Verily, [all] this has indeed been [said] in the earlier revelations 18 the scriptures of Abraham and Moses. 19
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
