The pious will live in gardens with streams 45 Enter them in peace, secure. 46 And [by then] We shall have removed whatever unworthy thoughts or feelings may have been [lingering] in their breasts, [and they shall rest] as brethren, facing one another [in love] upon thrones of happiness. 47 No weariness will come upon them, nor will they be sent away from there. 48 ۞ Declare (O Muhammad SAW) unto My slaves, that truly, I am the Oft-Forgiving, the Most-Merciful. 49 And that indeed the punishment of Mine is a painful punishment. 50 And inform them of Ibrahim’s guests. 51 [how,] when they presented themselves before him and bade him peace, he answered: "Behold, we are afraid of you!" 52 Said they: "Fear not! Behold, we bring thee the glad tiding of [the birth of] a son who will be endowed with deep knowledge." 53 He said, "Do you bring me such news despite my old age? What kind of good news are you bringing me?" 54 They answered: "We have given thee the glad tiding of something that is bound to come true. So be not of those who abandon hope!" 55 "Who would despair of the mercy of his Lord," he answered, "but those who go astray." 56 Messengers, what is your task?" 57 They said, "We are sent to a sinful people. 58 excepting the folk of Lot; them we shall deliver 59 excepting only his wife, [of whom God says,] 'We have ordained [that,] behold, she should be among those who stay behind!' 60
