The human being says, "Shall I be brought to life again after I will die?" 66 But does man not bear in mind that We have created him aforetime out of nothing? 67 By your Lord, We will gather them and the satans, and We shall parade them hobbling on their knees in Gehenna: 68 Then shall We certainly drag out from every sect all those who were worst in obstinate rebellion against (Allah) Most Gracious. 69 We know best who deserves greater suffering in hell fire. 70 Not one of you there is, but he shall go down to it; that for thy Lord is a thing decreed, determined. 71 And once again: We shall save [from hell] those who have been conscious of Us; but We shall leave in it the evildoers, on their knees. 72 AS IT IS, whenever Our messages are conveyed to them in all their clarity, those who are bent on denying the truth are wont to say unto those who have attained to faith: "Which of the two kinds of man is in a stronger position and superior as a community?" 73 And many a generation We did destroy before them, who exceeded them in wealth and pomp! 74 Say, "Whoever is in error - let the Most Merciful extend for him an extension [in wealth and time] until, when they see that which they were promised - either punishment [in this world] or the Hour [of resurrection] - they will come to know who is worst in position and weaker in soldiers." 75 God increases His guidance to those who follow guidance; and lasting good works are better in the sight of your Lord and are most rewarding. 76 And hast thou ever considered [the kind of man] who is bent on denying the truth of Our messages and says, "I will surely be given wealth and children"? 77 Hath he looked unto the Unseen, or hath he taken of the Compassionate a covenant? 78 Nay! We shall record what he says, and We shall lengthen the length of his suffering [in the hereafter,] 79 All that he speaks of will belong to Us, and he will come into Our presence all alone. 80 They have taken other gods apart from God that they might be a strength to them. 81 In fact, they can have no honor; their gods will renounce their worship of idols and will turn against them. 82
