Beholdest thou not that We have sent the satans upon the infidels inciting them by an incitement? 83 So hasten thou not against them; We are only counting against them a counting. 84 The day We shall gather the righteous to (Allah) Most Gracious, like a band presented before a king for honours, 85 and drive the evildoers into Gehenna herding, 86 no one will be able to intercede for the others except those whom the Beneficent God has given authority. 87 As it is, some assert, "The Most Gracious has taken unto Himself a son 88 You have uttered a grievous thing 89 The heavens are wellnigh rent of it and the earth split asunder, and the mountains wellnigh fall down crashing for 90 that they have attributed to the All-merciful a son; 91 The Beneficent God is too Exalted to have a son. 92 None is there in the heavens and earth but he comes to the All-merciful as a servant; 93 He has indeed counted them, and He has numbered them exactly. 94 And everyone of them will come to Him singly on the Day of Judgment. 95 Lo! those who believe and do good works, the Beneficent will appoint for them love. 96 So We have only made it easy in your tongue that you may give good news thereby to those who guard (against evil) and warn thereby a vehemently contentious people. 97 But how many (countless) generations before them have We destroyed? Canst thou find a single one of them (now) or hear (so much as) a whisper of them? 98
